The Next American Idol - David Archuletta?
Minggu ni dah masuk Top 20 nye performance. Seperti seasons Idol yang terdahulu, saye pasti ade early favorite -Taylor Hicks (s5), Melinda Doolittle (s6) - kali ni semestinya David Archuletta woo-hoo! Kenape David? Hmm ulang balik kate-kate Simon Cowell - "you're likable, good-looking with great voice and you got it when you got it." Err sebenarnye komen tu dah bercampur-baur.. bukan dalam satu statement yang sama lah.
When it comes to Idol, saye memang jenis x sabar. Setiap kali American Idol bermula, setiap minggu selepas performance, DialIdol akan menjadi teman setia. Ape mende DialIdol tu? Well, DialIdol digunakan untuk mengukur tahap ke-bz-an signal vote yang masuk untuk setiap contestant. It acts more like prediction, nak tengok kedudukan setiap contestant, with 60++% accuracy. Untuk s5 dan s6 ari tu, predictionnya memang agak tepat. Tapi untuk s5 tak yah tengok pun xpe sebab dah tau since dari awal.. title Idol tu konpem jadi milik Taylor Hicks :D
Dan untuk season kali ni, untuk 2 minggu berturut-turut David topped the spot. Minggu lepas jurang agak rapat with the other 2 contestants, but untuk last nite nye performance.. again bak kate Simon - he's miles away.... percentages busy signal diye sangat jauh meninggalkan contestants yang lain hehehe..
Anyway... Idol is still a loooong way to go.. so anything can happen. Macam yang jadi kat Melinda.. sedari awal asik kat top place.. towards the end, Jordin yang dapat. Huh! Ok ok.. habis David.. back to PhD & novel writing! Nanti kang Nabil ulang balik kata-kata - "Diye dah mula la tu" - huhu.....
